Welcome to Not Another Perfume.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Art of Perfume Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales, trading as Not Another Perfume.
Art of Perfume Ltd operates the Not Another Perfume brand, store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience.
Not Another Perfume is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy), form a legally binding agreement between you and Art of Perfume Ltd (trading as Not Another Perfume) and govern your access to and use of the Services.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Art of Perfume Ltd (trading as Not Another Perfume).
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we issue an order confirmation.
Once accepted, orders may not be cancelled except as required by law or in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All prices are shown in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and exclude taxes, shipping, customs or import duties unless expressly stated otherwise.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Not Another Perfume is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Art of Perfume Ltd (trading as Not Another Perfume).
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us, and you expressly release Shopify from any related claims or liabilities.

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
