Questions, answered.
Everything worth knowing about the perfume, the packaging and getting it to your door. If your question is not here, we are one email away.
Why do you call it perfume, not eau de parfum?
Because that is what it is. Our scents are around 30% perfume oil, far more concentrated than the eau de parfum most houses bottle, so they last longer and sit closer to the skin. We call it perfume because we are English, and because it is the honest word for it.
What does the number in each name mean?
It is the recipe. The number is exactly how many ingredients we blended to build that scent: 31 for Pepper Noir, 59 for Smoke Show, 47 for Lovers Aoud.
How long does it last?
Expect a long, close wear, often twelve hours or more, with a warm trail. Two sprays to the pulse points is plenty.
Are they unisex?
Yes. Every scent is built to be worn by anyone.
What sizes and prices do you offer?
Two sizes: 50ml at £150 and 100ml at £195. Both are the same perfume at 30% oil.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping Worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
What is your returns policy?
30-day returns on unopened bottles. If something is not right, email hello@notanotherperfume.co.uk and we will sort it.
What comes in the box?
Every bottle arrives in a wooden box, wrapped in a linen bag, topped with a cap cast by hand from concrete. No two caps are the same.
What is the Discovery Set?
The whole range in miniature: three 2ml samples, one of each scent, for £20. Live with them for a week, then redeem the full £30 against your first bottle.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. You can send a digital gift voucher from the Gifting page, delivered by email on a date you choose, with your message. Every bottle also arrives gift ready as standard.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
It already is. Every order arrives gift ready in the wooden box, linen bag and hand-cast cap. You can add a note at checkout.
Who is behind Not Another Perfume?
Three friends with one shared obsession: detail. We do not put our names on the bottle, because we would rather the perfume did the talking.
Where is it made?
We write the brief, the idea and the mood we are chasing, and hand it to Robertet, one of the most respected fragrance houses in the world, who turn it into the formula. Then it comes home: mixed, filled, capped and labelled by hand in England, in runs of 100.
