Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated and exclude delivery charges, customs duties, or taxes unless expressly stated. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the payment methods made available on the Site.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate. We cannot be held liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by you.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a Product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Returned Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance products cannot be returned unless faulty.
If a Product is damaged or defective on arrival, please notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product names, images, text, and design, is owned by or licensed to Art of Perfume Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
